What Have you been doing since 1975?
Worked for Sears Oct. - Nov. 1975 as sales clerk,
November 24, 1975 - October 2, 1989 I worked for Pinto Valley Mine as
Administrative Clerk. Decided to be a stay home mom, that only lasted for 3
years & I started selling AVON (& still at it). Worked at Miami School
District from 8-95 / 8-98 as a Special Needs Assistant. That summer my
father-in-law bought back the Gomez Tortilla Factory from Mitch Vuksanovich and
put it into my children's names. Because they were under age we had to manage it
for them. Mickey was laid off at the mines and found a job with benefits so I
manage it during the day & he services the machines. It has been a lot of
fun learning about the tortillas and the machines, also meeting a lot of new
people. We enjoy doing things with our children and granddaughter.
Memories of MHS:
I enjoyed going to see my friends &
playing sports.
