Occupation:   Principal's secretary at Desert Winds Elementary School (Marana) until physically disabled in 2001

Address:  7025 N. Picture Place, Tucson, AZ  85743

Family Information:  I married David in 1976. I met him roller skating.  We have three daughters, Jessica (1978) & Travis, Sarah (1982) & Kevin, and Elizabeth (1985). Two gorgeous grand-daughters from Jessica: Grace age 7 and Ella age 4.

What I've Been Doing Since 1975:

Moved to Tucson with my family after attending MHS' opening year as an 8th grade student.  Completed high school at Catalina High in 1975. Attended Pima Community College. Worked for a bank, department store, Honeywell, the top arson investigator in the state, and finally at Marana Unified School District as the principal's secretary at an elementary school.  Now unable to work, I love to spend time with our two granddaughters who live within walking distance from me. We hope to have more grandchildren in the future.  They are the best!  We have traveled across our country and to Hawaii several times to visit Sarah and her husband while he was in the service. We look forward to more travel when David retires in a couple of years. My parents both recently passed as well as one of my brothers.  We live on the far west side of Tucson on an acre parcel. Would welcome contact from those of you who may remember me.

Memories of MHS:

The things I remember about MHS in my brief time there are my friends, Kim Fansler, Vickie Pieper, Jenny Linthicum, Nettie Williams, Francine Gregovich who lived up the street from us, Ross Clayton, Peter DeAnda, Susan House, Rosa Mesa, Dorine Barrajas, Rosemary Castenada and more.  I recall Janet Ingram turning her eyelids inside out in science class, and going behind the buildings where the smokers hid out, and attending football games. I recall feeling especially privileged to get to attend the NEW MHS out of George Washington Elementary as an eighth grader.
